The Minareto offers highly customised services for the organisation of meetings and congresses. Below is a detailed overview of the rooms, with measurements, capacities and feasible layouts.

In addition to the rooms, the layout of which can be downloaded, the Resort offers a multitude of elegantly and functionally furnished design solutions, with the possibility of fittings and equipment for small meetings and presentations.

All rooms are soundproofed, have audio and video equipment, free Wi-Fi, and signal extension for mobile networks. Also included in the basic equipment are a stage with podium and a courtesy line for speakers (clipboard, notepad and pencil with Hotel logo).

A secretarial desk with Internet connection and direct connection to the Back Office for printing and faxing processes will support the organisation. A hotel technician will be on hand to follow the proceedings and all phases of the event.

Fidia Room

Archimede Room

Slightly smaller than the Fidia room (maximum 360 seats), it measures up to each event type. Several seat layouts available. Elegant and functional, it offers Wi-Fi, audio, soundproofing and video system, as well as a projector screen.

Pitagora Room

The functional Pitagora room can host up to 236 persons. You can choose the Theatre layout, the U-shape layout, the Classroom layout or the Cabaret layout thanks to the 14 metres of lenght and 14 metres of width. Pitagora room has all the necessary for a successful event.
