The villa is divided into two floors: a ground floor with a living room with a sofa bed, corner bar, bathroom with walk-in shower and bedroom; a first floor with a living room with a sofa bed, corner bar, bathroom with double shower, bedroom with private bath and panoramic terrace.

Outdoors, the villa features an extensive Mediterranean garden with remarkable plants, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor lounge area with fine furnishings by the Made in Italy brand EMU.

Please note that the presence of pets must be indicated during the reservation process by contacting the Booking Office, as they are only allowed on request and only of small size (maximum 10 kg).
