The Minareto Dining Experience starts with breakfast. Whether it is gourmet and rich or light and healthy, it is a good morning for the guests of Minareto to enjoy it on a sunny terrace, admiring the beautiful sea view.

Along with a large indoor hall lit by natural light, the breakfast room has an outdoor terrace overlooking the bay of the Plemmirio marine reserve, to be enjoyed from the first light of dawn to sunrise.

The breakfast offers an abundant buffet with a selection of homemade pastries, cakes and cannoli, comb honey, cheeses and charcuteire from local producers, fragrant bread produced by our chefs and 0 km fruit and vegetables. Every day freshly squeezed orange juice and express preparation of crepes, omelettes, pancakes and, to finish, the typical Sicilian granita served with the traditional brioche.

The restaurant offers different culinary experiences for lunch and dinner. The lunch menu is a journey towards the discovery of iconic dishes that narrate Italy to the world through its cuisine. The simplicity of a pasta with fresh tomatoes or spaghetti with garlic and oil, the salty flavour of a linguine with seafood, the deliciousness of a Sicilian cannoli or a fresh granita, the reliability of a great classic such as tiramisu, are the pleasures to be enjoyed for a light meal in an informal setting.

The dinner menu highlights the immense culinary heritage of the Sicilian territory, with fish, meat and vegetarian dishes in a Fine Dining key. It tells a story with the voice of the island’s history, sweet and savoury flavours, sour and delicate notes, in a refined and elegant setting. The restaurant emphasises local ingredients, with great attention paid to the variety and quality products, to carefully preserve a collective heritage made of simple foods that in the skilful hands of the Chef are transformed into emotions. The daily dishes proposed by the Chef and a menu dedicated to children complete the offer.
