Functional Training

Functional Training involves free-body exercises that activate the whole body.

Functional training workout involves the contraction of various muscle groups, so in this type of training it is not possible to train one area of the body individually, but it is necessary to work in muscle synergy with a 360 degree workout, taking care of every aspect of athletics: strength, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. Location of the activity: sandy beach of our resort
